essensys achieves WiredScore smart technology accreditation

LONDON, 20th DECEMBER 2023 – essensys, the global technology and software company for flexible workspaces, has achieved a smart technology accreditation from WiredScore.

WiredScore is the organisation behind the WiredScore and SmartScore certifications: the internationally recognised digital connectivity and smart building rating systems for real estate.

Following an in-depth technical analysis and verification of essensys’ software, WiredScore then benchmarked the technology against its global SmartScore certification standard to qualify the business as an ‘Accredited Solution’.

WiredScore Accredited Solutions create a bridge between real estate and technology, enabling landlords and the technology solutions that serve them to connect seamlessly.

WiredScore said essensys “creates communities within buildings to drive tenant engagement”, while “maintenance and operations efficiencies are improved” by using the digital platform. It also “helps guard the safety and security of a building and those within”, their report added.

The accreditation also aligns essensys’ technology solution with WiredScore’s SmartScore certification standards globally. SmartScore is the global smart building certification that evaluates, improves, benchmarks and promotes cutting-edge smart technology in the built world.

The global standard for smart buildings, SmartScore certification helps landlords and developers build cutting-edge smart buildings that deliver exceptional user experiences, drive cost efficiency, meet high standards of sustainability, and are fully future-proof. If a building meets WiredScore’s strict criteria for reliable, secure, and future-ready in-building technology, it is awarded one of four SmartScore certification levels to reflect excellence and with essensys a landlord can achieve up to 42 SmartScore credits.
