Chiswick Park offers plug and play workspace for first time and signs essensys to provide digital services

In a first for Chiswick Park, a business campus in West London, plug and play workspace will be brought to market providing greater flexibility and attracting a broader occupier mix. Plug and play workspace provides occupiers with a fully fitted space that is ready to move-into and be operational on day one. Chiswick Park has incorporated essensys Platform into the initial 14,000 sq. ft. plug and play space at the campus, with a view to rolling the platform out across the site in the future.

The partnership with essensys is a key enabler in delivering flexible workspace and is the first time the technology will be incorporated into the campus. essensys Platform provides an easier way to control and manage digital services, using intelligent automation to streamline processes. Enjoy Work will be able to seamlessly onboard new tenants, providing on-demand enterprise-grade connectivity, private tenant networks, access rights and more. All of this is carried out via software and can be managed by non-technical staff, removing many of the manual, time-consuming, technical processes usually required when configuring networks and digital services. The essensys Platform also provides valuable data and insights on occupancy and network usage, helping drive more informed decision making in today’s world of hybrid work.

The essensys Platform will initially be rolled out in Building 4 at Chiswick Park, a four-floor building with several existing tenants, including Microstrategy, Qualcomm, Amdocs, International SOS, Swarovski, Airplus and Haliburton. Chiswick Park is actively seeking occupiers for the two plug and play spaces totalling 14,000 sq. ft. These spaces have been fitted out and can be leased on a managed basis with Enjoy Work, Chiswick Park’s dedicated property management company.

Enjoy Work’s management will include daily cleaning service, 24 hour maintenance call out, I.T assistance, free bike and scooter hire, physiotherapy appointments, weekly fresh flower deliveries as well as fruit and milk, health checks, flu jobs and vitamin drips, barber and nail bar appointments and nutritional consultations, all provided as part of an all-inclusive rent. Building 4 is in a prime location at Chiswick Park overlooking the central events plaza and lake. Onsite parking is provided alongside cycle spaces and shower amenities.

Calum Spence, Portfolio Manager, Revantage Real Estate, comments, “essensys’ software and technology will enable us to deliver an exceptional plug and play capability at Chiswick Park. The partnership will allow us to provide the very best flexible space, combining leading technology with Enjoy-Work’s management services, ensuring our occupiers and prospective tenants have the ability to move-in quickly, efficiently and securely.”

James Lowery, Chief Customer Officer, essensys, comments, “We are excited to be embarking on this partnership with Chiswick Park, supporting their journey into flexible plug & play space, and creating the foundation to seamlessly scale their digital services. As the prestigious West London campus continues to attract progressive occupiers, the essensys Platform will enable occupiers to move in and be operational from day one, enabling a seamless experience for Chiswick Park customers.”

essensys software and technology is used in 270 cities globally, by leading real estate and flex brands such as Hines, Studio by Tishman Speyer, Bruntwood and Serendipity Labs.
