Sydney– May 6, 2024. WOTSO, one of Australia’s largest flexible workspace operators, and leading real estate technology and software company, essensys, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at revolutionising digital services across flexible workspaces.
The milestone partnership will see the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions across WOTSO’s growing network of flexible workspaces, throughout ANZ, offering an enhanced member experience and streamlining operational processes. The alliance enables WOTSO’s expert on-site teams to provide ultra high-speed internet, private dedicated networks and a range of bespoke IT services, on-demand, and in real-time, to clients.
Jessie Glew, CEO, WOTSO said: “This strategic alliance represents our commitment to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members. By leveraging essensys’ software and technology, we aim to create the most efficient workspace environment possible, enhancing productivity and collaboration for both our members and our team.
”There is nothing more frustrating than providing a network of near-to-home flexible workspaces only to find the internet cuts out in the same way it might at home, or it takes weeks to provide a dedicated secure network for a member.
“The roll-out of essensys’ software and technology enables WOTSO to automate key aspects of their customer journey, providing members with a secure and seamless digital experience across all WOTSO locations,” Glew concluded.
“We are extremely excited about this expanded partnership with WOTSO, as they continue to drive innovation and transformation within the flexible workspace industry,” said Sean Lucas, SVP, APAC of essensys. “Our technology is designed to empower leading workspace operators like WOTSO to deliver best-in-class digital services to their clients and support their operations at scale, while also gaining valuable insights and data to help make strategic decisions.”
The roll-out has commenced with five locations already live.
