Command

Set the rules, and prove they're kept.

Command is where you define how your estate runs: buildings, floors and spaces; tenants and users; network policy; what your team can touch; what JEFF may do on its own. Set it once and Command holds every site to it — then evidences that it did.

The end of rip-and-refresh

Standards don't drift on purpose.

Most estates run on a sawtooth. Deploy to standard, drift for three years as sites get patched and reconfigured by whoever was on site that day, then pay to rip and refresh the lot. The standard is real for about a month.

Command breaks that cycle. It defines the standard, Signal surfaces the moment a site deviates from it, and JEFF corrects the drift — firmware, configuration, policy — before it accumulates into something a tenant can feel.

Not a snapshot of your estate. Not a periodic reset. A continuous force holding the whole portfolio at standard, every day.

What Command holds

Six jobs, one console.

01

Configuration

Buildings, floors, suites and bookable spaces — modelled once, then reused everywhere. Add a tenant and their network, access and app all provision from the same record.

02

Network policy

WiFi policies, bandwidth packages, VLANs, authentication standards. The technical standard every site runs to, set centrally and enforced everywhere.

03

JEFF governance

Set what JEFF does autonomously, what needs approval, and what always waits for a human — per action type, per site.

04

Staff & access

Your team, their roles, their reach. Site managers see their sites, finance sees billing, engineers get change rights — and owners get a view of their own buildings. Nothing more.

05

Brand & tenant experience

Logos, colours and naming across the tenant app, captive portals, guest WiFi splash pages and notifications — set per site, per tenant or across the whole portfolio. The experience reads as your brand, end to end.

06

Reporting & engagement

What each tenant receives and when — QBRs, SLA and performance reports, cadence and channel. And how essensys engages with you: which reports you get, how often, and where alerts land.

Also in Command

Hardware & firmwareInventory, firmware state, drift detection and compliance across the estate.

Billing & tiersService tier assignment and site-level commercial configuration.

JEFF governance

You write JEFF's rules of engagement.

Every action JEFF can take is governed here: fully autonomous, approval first, or human required. Set it per action type, per site — tighten it for a flagship building, loosen it overnight.

Change a rule and it applies to the very next incident. Every decision JEFF makes is logged against the policy that allowed it — see how JEFF uses these paths.

Today JEFF acts within the policy you set. It will earn more autonomy over time, by demonstrating it deserves it. We move at the pace your trust develops, not faster.

Audit

Every action, and the rule that allowed it.

Every change to the estate is recorded — whether a person made it or JEFF did. What changed, when, who or what did it, which policy permitted it, and what the outcome was. One record, across the whole portfolio.

It's what turns autonomy into something a security review can sign off, and what lets you show a landlord how their buildings have actually been run.

Access & identity

Your team, scoped precisely.

Roles and access levels for every staff user — by site, by capability, down to who can approve JEFF's changes.

Your brand, everywhere tenants look.

Logos, colours and naming across the tenant app, captive portals and notifications — configured once in Command. Tenants see your brand. They never see ours.
