essensys announces four new appointments across its APAC business

February 10, 2022 — essensys, the world’s leading provider of software and technology to the office sector, announces four new appointments across multiple business areas of its Asia Pacific business. Further enhancing its sales, customer success, engineering and sales teams, the appointments are a reflection of the company’s global growth and capabilities.

Based in Singapore, Martijn Douven joins the team as Head of Sales, Southeast Asia, while Elizabeth Ball joins the Hong Kong office as Head of Sales, North Asia. Both sales leaders will play a significant role in building key relationships with landlords and flexible workspace providers as they look to digitally enable their commercial portfolios. Martijn has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, having served in multiple commercial roles in Asia and Europe with companies such as Philips, Signify and Smarten Spaces. Elizabeth is an industry veteran who brings strong commercial real estate expertise from previous roles in sales and business development with JLL, Colliers, China Resources and K11.

Amiee Lo joins essensys as Customer Success Manager, based in Hong Kong, to support clients in optimising how they engage and leverage essensys software and technology. Amie previously worked with CBRE and Shun Tak, where she was responsible for office leasing and sales management with a focus on mixed-use development projects.

Based in Sydney, Shashi Karna joins the team as Sales Engineer. With more than fourteen years of experience with Australia’s largest mobile network company, Telstra, Shashi brings a deep expertise in telecommunications and connectivity to support the customer experience across the essensys network in APAC.
