COVID-19 Response

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and would like to update you on the steps we are taking to help protect our colleagues and maintain business continuity. 

Our first priority is to ensure the wellbeing of our staff. To that end we have taken a number of steps designed to protect our colleagues and reduce the risk of infection. These include increased home and flexible working, changes to travel schedules and a reduction in face to face and team meetings.  

We will continue to work closely with our supply chain to address and mitigate possible future disruption, and we are also, as you would expect, working with the relevant health authorities to monitor and respond to any further developments as they arise.  

We have also been working to find ways that we can help our customers. As social distancing increases and home working becomes a key tool in the defense against the spread of the virus, we understand that some of our customers may not have the technology tools to support working away from their office, particularly those using desk phones. So to help, we will be offering all Connect customers that use our voice service access to our Softphone app on a free of charge basis for the foreseeable future.
