essensys plc, the leading global provider of mission-critical software and technology to the flexible workspace industry, announces the appointment of Kally Kang-Kersey to the newly created role of Chief People Officer.

Kally Kang-Kersey joins essensys as the business continues to invest in its talent strategy globally, in line with its growth and vision. She will be working with the organisation to continue to develop its strong people capabilities and culture. She joins from Zebra Technologies where she was most recently Vice President Global Talent, having worked at the company for over 15 years. Prior to that she worked at Xerox as HR Director.

Kang-Kersey was named on the Ethnic Minority Role Models List 2021 – Top Senior Executives. The list, supported by Yahoo Finance, showcases business leaders who are breaking down barriers at work, and working hard to smash the ceiling for ethnic minorities.

She joins after a number of other senior appointments including Sarah Harvey as Chief Financial Officer, and James Lowery as CEO UK and Europe.
